Dr. West is full-time Director and Provider, East Earl Chiropractic since 1989, full-time Director and Provider, Non-Surgical Associates of Lancaster, and Director of Manipulation under Anesthesia at Penn Surgery Institute. He is licensed for Adjunctive Procedures in Pennsylvania, as well as certified from the National Board of Chiropractic Examination in Parts I, II, and III.

Dr. West has over nineteen years of experience. He has been appointed to several academic positions including: Chairman of the Board for Chiropractic for Board Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons and by the American Council for Board Certification.

Dr. West graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic, 1987. He holds a Post-graduate Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in 1987. He is also a graduate with Bachelor of Science Degree from Temple University and Palmer College of Chiropractic.

He is a recognized Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor (1995) and has completed further education for The Council on Chiropractic Education and American Chiropractic Association Approved Rehabilitation Diplomat Program.

He has a master's certification in spinal acceleration-deceleration injuries, in cervical spine whiplash and in spinal trauma from San Diego Spinal Rehab Institute and is certified by Pettibon Spinal Bio-Mechanics Institute in spinal bio-mechanics.

Dr. West is the father of two boys, Nick & Cole. When not at the office, he enjoys antique vehicles and 1960 muscle cars, sports, off-shore sport fishing, and spending time with his family.

Joan is married to and started the practice with Dr. West in 1988. A graduate of Conestoga High School and Katherine Gibbs Business School, she works part-time as insurance biller for EEC. Born & raised in Wayne, PA, she has three brothers and two sisters, and enjoys music and dancing. Joan also serves as a personal taxi driver for her two sons.


DR. THOMAS WALASZCZYK



Dr. Thomas Walaszczyk, has joined the staff at East Earl Chiropractic, expanding their Chiropractic and rehabilitation services to include comprehensive nutritional services.
Dr. Walaszczyk has been practicing holistic chiropractic for 18 years, having graduated sum cum laude from New York Chiropractic College in 1989. His multidimensional approach provides patients with a greater capacity to restore health and wellness. Enhancing the specific nutritional needs of a patient accelerates their recovery.
Dr. Walaszczyk has completed preliminary course work in Pettibon methods. His association with Dr. West enables him to become certified in Pettibon technique.
He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic and is licensed to practice in New York and Pennsylvania. Dr. Walaszczyk's scholastic achievments earned him membership in the Phi Chi Omega International Honors Society.
Originally from Yonkers, New York, Dr. Walaszczyk graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Philosophy. He graduated with a regents scholarship from Lincoln High School where he was a set designer and audio visual technician within the theatre department. He is married and has a daughter. His interests include organic gardening, computer science and strives to help others achieve their dreams.




DR. STEPHEN BLACK



Dr. Stephen Black joined East Earl Chiropractic in April 2010 after moving to Lancaster County from White Oak , PA where he practiced at Agona Chiropractic. Dr. Black graduated from Life University Chiropractic College in 2004. When not at the office he enjoys music, playing the acoustic guitar, wrestling and sports.




STACY BUCHTER

Stacy has recently joined our team as chiropractic assistant and massage therapist in November of 2009. She graduated from Cocalico High School in 2007 and decided to go into the health profession by choosing massage therapy as her career. Stacy went to Berks Technical Institute for Professional Massage Therapy and graduated in March 2008. Stacy loves what she does and her ability to help others in their everyday lives. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.



Amanda graduated from Garden Spot High School in 1992. She completed cosmetology school and obtained a license in cosmetology. She has taken several other courses in business and finance as well as courses in the medical field. She has been a licensed notary since 2001. Amanda started working for East Earl Chiropractic in June 2009 as a Chiropractic Assistant and Practice Representative. She has two children, a son and a daughter, loves scrapbooking and photography.




BONI ROSA

Boni graduated from Garden Spot High. She has her real estate license and is a notary public. She started working at East Earl Chiropractic in August of 2008. She is married, has a daughter, son, and 5 grandchildren. She loves to go to car cruises and shows with her husband. She enjoys life!




EPHY YANG

Ephy joined East Earl Chiropractic October 2008 as a Massage Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant. He graduated from Ephrata High School and attended Temple University and University of South Carolina for Sports Medicine. Ephy attended Berks Technical Institute for professional massage therapy. When not working he enjoys playing sports and hanging out with his friends.



Lisa graduated from Twin Valley High School in 1997 and from Harding University in Searcy, AZ in 2001 with a BBA in Accounting and in 2002 with an MBA in Management. While doing her graduate work, Lisa worked in the Wellness Center as a graduate assistant. Along with one other fellow student and two teachers, she conducted physical fitness studies on children 7-9 and on college undergraduates. Lisa works at the front desk as well as assists in the back office and billing department. She also performs functional capacity evaluations and joint tests and is state certified as a chiropractic x-ray technician (2007). Lisa has worked at EEC since September 2003. When not at the office, Lisa enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally, participating in sports, attending concerts, and is actively involved with the Shillington Church of Christ young adult group.
